We can handle leagues of all sizes ranging from a few teams to leagues with over 1500 players. Our experienced photographers and front desk staff know our systems and processes to run a smooth and worry free photo day for a league of any size.

Photo Day Process

Schedule Your league’s Photo Date and times for each team. We will work with you create an optimal schedule depending on the number of teams involved

We work with the league to create player data (Rosters) for our systems which we use for generating barcodes to be used on photo day. This makes the photo day experience much smoother for players/coaches and eliminates data entry errors.

We will send out a link to download the order form for the parents one to two weeks before photo day

Have the teams arrive 30 mins prior to your assigned photo time on photo day to make sure all players can suit up in game gear for photos

We will have multiple stations setup for individuals and team photos depending on the number of teams being photographed. Typically we can handle two teams of 17 players every 15 minutes.

Finished photos are delivered back to your league within 3 weeks of the photo day.

Once you bring us on board to be your photography partner, we will work with your staff to organize a schedule that works for the league. We will work with you to put together team rosters for our system to generate player data that helps
